Programme Achievements for 2023–2026
Between 2023 and 2026, 21 dilapidated residential buildings comprising 193 apartments were demolished. A total of 10 multi-apartment residential buildings comprising 763 apartments were constructed and commissioned.
As a result:
- 247 property owners received new apartments;
- 17 property owners received monetary compensation;
- 1 property owner was provided with housing from the secondary market;
- 450 apartments were provided to socially vulnerable groups of the population.
VISIT OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
On September 16, 2025, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited Kokshetau to review the progress of the dilapidated housing renovation programme in the Akmola Region.
As part of the visit, the President toured a new 230-apartment residential complex built under the renovation programme at 206 Ualikhanov Street, Kokshetau. The Head of State reviewed the quality of the completed works, living conditions and infrastructure of the facility, and noted the successful experience of the Akmola Region in providing socially vulnerable groups of the population with quality housing.
Following the visit, the President highly praised the results of the implementation of the dilapidated housing renovation programme and the experience gained in the Akmola Region.
